Who we are
This website is operated by Excellence Industries, 1950 Joe McIntosh Rd, Plant City, FL 33565, USA. You can reach us by phone at 800.441.4014 or 813.870.0340, or through the form on our Contact page.
Information you give us
When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number and message, and the product you asked about if you came from a product page. We also record the date and the page you sent the message from.
We use this information only to answer your enquiry and to follow up on any business that results from it. Your message is stored on this website so it is not lost, and is emailed to the members of our team who handle enquiries.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from automated spam. To do this, Turnstile processes technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and browser details. Cloudflare states that this information is used to detect and block bots, not to identify, profile or target individuals. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
Email delivery
Messages from our contact form are delivered to our team by Mailgun, an email delivery service. Mailgun processes the content of these emails only to deliver them. See Mailgun’s privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites. Our fonts and images are served from our own website, so simply browsing it does not send your information to other companies.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs only on the Contact page, as described above. People who log in to manage this website receive the cookies WordPress needs to keep them signed in; visitors do not.
The “Get directions” links on our Contact page open Google Maps. Nothing is shared with Google unless you click one, and then Google’s own privacy policy applies.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy, who process it on our behalf, and when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep our business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us by phone or through our Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date.
